Beginner LifeSkills is your dog’s real-life foundation class—built around games, relationship, and fun.

Instead of drilling commands, we build the concepts underneath the skills—focus, calmness, disengagement, impulse control, and choosing you even when life is distracting.>If you’re working toward smoother days at home and on walks, this class gives you simple games and clear steps you can practice and repeat.>In this class you’ll work on:

    Focus: attention and engagement through easy, repeatable games

    Regulation: settling skills and calmer recovery after excitement

    Impulse control: pausing and making thoughtful choices

    Walking foundations: loose-leash skills through practical game setups

    Responsiveness: recall and “come back to me” habits

    Clarity: targets and stations to create structure and confidence

    Group size: Small groups

    Minimum age: 6 months

Equipment & training style-Please arrive with a flat collar, martingale collar, or harness, and a 4–6 foot leash. Training is reward-based using food and toys.Not suitable for - Dogs with a history of aggression toward dogs or people. A private evaluation is recommended to help choose the best starting point and set your dog up for success.
